From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff fulfilled all of our luxurious needs, from the body scrub and massage at the spa to the in-room breakfast and private facilities. the sun terrace and garden area were beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the restaurant served delicious dinner with a variety of special diet menus.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in entertainment options available within the hotel. We would have appreciated more options for after-dinner activities, such as a bar/lounge area or packed lunches for excursions.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly loved the breakfast, delicious and served on a romantic terrace overlooking this city. The staff here are excellent, always cute and observant. They provided us with great recommendations and made us feel like part of the family. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated near a small square that leads to the main square and close to the Palace, with easy access to transportation.

I had the most amazing stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square and near a small square. The views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking, especially in the late afternoon. The room was nicely furnished and very clean, with luxurious linens and towels. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant was fantastic. I also enjoyed the cooking class and market tour offered by the hotel. this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
The ground floor lobby could use better lighting and decor.
